Title: Possibly a Pratia?

I hope somebody can tel me the identity of this plant?

I think rather a Lobelia  :-\

I see where you get the Pratia idea.... the colour is similar to the pale blue lined pratia flower but with the long narrow tube and little "rabbit ear" top petals, it is it more a lobelia.

Luit if it was a Pratia it would already have covered the pot and the km2 around it. Pratia's are pretty blue thugs. :o

I'm betting with Maggi, looks  a lot like a lobelia to me.  Where did you get it?

Well, in that case I presume the plant is a Lobelia. This time name changing made the choice much easier  ;D ::)
Actually I thought of a P. pedunculata County Park first, but I never had this one.
Now I still don't know if the shown plant is hardy in winter. The pratia's I know are all hardy here.
So if being a Lobelia, is it one of those newer annual hybrids of these days??
