Well I am pleased to say that David Quinton did, a beautifully produced, A4 size hardback, limited edition of 50 copies. In it he shares with us 30 of his favourite snowdrops and tries to explain their appeal to him for the edification of his family. It is illustrated with his own marvellous photographs and I hope he doesn't mind me sharing a page with you which shows a discovery of his named after his wife and son. It's certainly a book that I will treasure, all the more for the fact that one he describes was found when David King, John Finch and I were with him at Snowdrop Acre.

Hello Brian, please ask David to another copy :).
Oh my goodness, YES - if David has copies for sale then I would be eager to buy one.
-
I believe he has some for sale, contact him next week when he's back from Greece ;)
-
Only 50 copies? Surely that's not enough!
-
Loes it was privately printed and David was not looking to make money.

I have heard from David this morning to say that he has had to go back into hospital again.
He has received various PM's about his book and wants to apologise for the lack of response. Once he is back in his home again he will respond to the messages as soon as he feels able.

I am very sorry to hear this news about David.
I hope that those of you in direct contact with him will pass on the kindest good wishes of the Forumists and that he will soon be feeling very much better.
