Title: Information wanted on Aquilegia dicentrifolia
Post by: annew on July 23, 2011, 11:33:01 AM
I have a seedling which is supposed to be this species. It is small-leaved and appears to have flowered and I didn't notice it. The seedhead is only about 6cm high.
Does anybody know this species? Google is not very helpful, and it's not mentioned in the monograph I have about aquilegias. Is it small enough for a trough, or will it get a lot bigger eventually?

Never heard of it Anne.... might it be A. thalictrifolia?
That's little , 25 cms or so (and was listed by JCA so must be good!)

That looks nice - I wouldn't mind if it was that one!
