Title: Unknown Commelinaceae
Post by: ThomasB on July 19, 2011, 09:36:20 AM
Hello plant experts,

at a German garden forum we are still looking for a name for a Commelinaceae (http://forum.garten-pur.de/Stauden-24/Wer-kennt-diese-Tradescanti-41807_msg1438164A.htm#msg1438164) with spotted leaves.

Could you have a look at the pic in the link and maybe someone has an idea?

Regards Thomas

Tinantia pringlei has been already flowering for two months ; it's a nice shade lover plant  :D

Many thanks  :D

I've never heard about that genus but it seems like it's worth growing this plant.
