Title: Mystery Arum

could somebody id this arum for me it's winter green and the foliage is not hardy.

By the photo it may be A. facchinii which now is a synonym for A. italicum but more probably it is a form [from lower elevations] of A. concinnatum which explains the fact of not being fully hardy.
