hi Roland
i've found only 2 photo for nerine and one of gladiolus on the net.. i link them below:
gladiolus nerinoides - is the "i": http://rstb.royalsocietypublishing.org/content/365/1539/499/F1.large.jpg
nerine pancratioides - a bad photo and a drawing: http://www.penroc.co.za/newsletters/0405/0405.html
I've read about them on books where also there are better photos..
the nerine is from KwaZulo-Natal and north-eastern Lesotho on moist acid rocky areas (read from "grow nerine" of Graham Duncan)
the gladiolus if from Bain's Kloof to somerset west on rock sand-stone slopes and clift and it produce the leave after flowering(read from "color encyclopedia of cape bulb")

I'd be interested in some Nerine pancratioides myself -- it's one of the few I don't have.
