Title: Paeonia ??

I received this Paeonia as P. wittmaniana. I'm no peony expert but I'm quite sure that isn't right. Can anyone ID this one for me?

It may have wittmaniana blood in it but I would guess that it is a hybrid that has arisen in cultivation.

Lost Label,  can anybody of the experts identify this plant?
