Before many years I found this bulb plant by one of my trips in the mountains of Corsica ....I'm still puzzling which ID it is ???
Today it is flowering again and so I have just made some pics ....maybe anybody here has a idea :-\
It smells not like a Allium ( this was my first idea ) ...the flower could also be a Scilla ...but the leaves are not typical.
Here a short description :
The leaves are 14 cm long , 2 -3 mm broad ,near the ground they are red, they are not flat - more rounded
The flower stem is 7 cm long - also red ,the flower is white with a little pink ,3 -4 small bells
If anyone has a idea ...many thanks in advance !

Might be Brimeura fastigiata.

This is what we have as Brimeura amethystina. The white from Connoisseur Bulb Collection ex Holland at a local garden centre in St. John's years ago.

John W,
do you grow it free in a border ?
or is it in a pot ?
Thank you

Hans - All the Brimeuras are in a perennial border and get no special attention whatsoever.
