They are fine specimens. What is the diameter of them. I think you must get much better weather than we do in Edinburgh. Mine multiply well but I don't think I will ever get them to reach the size of yours.
A photo of mine today. Plenty of young ones for the future but the main 10 are producing flowers which may enhance the display for a while and then leave some gaps.

the diameter is mind. 8 cm....
a nice pott you have....
here is spring, with temps over 20°c, and no rain for the next two weeks......

your will never reach that size,simply because they are something else! Most likely Orostachys thyrsiflora?

I bought it as spinosus but will now have to check.
