Title: Primula vulgaris/vulgaris sibthorpii
Post by: Giles on February 17, 2011, 10:20:13 PM
I wondered if any forumists had any seeds/plants of distinct primroses from defined localities, that they would be willing to spare.
I can offer weird primula seed in return.
Many thanks,
Giles

(I have already got white ones from Greece and Scotland).

Hello Giles,

I have seed of Primula vulgaris ssp ? sibthorpii collected near Mt Vermion. It is from the area where John Richards in Mountain Flower Walks - the Greek Mainland writes there are white and pink forms

Cheers, Marcus Harvey
