July is the best month in 2011.

It has has 5 Fridays 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays

This happens once every 823 years.

not sure where you heard that, but five weekends a month should happen fairly often in any month with 31 days that happens to start on a friday?

in fact, it happens again for July in 2016 actually.
