Hi everyone,
Some of you know this is my last year at school. For the gap between July and uni start in October I would like to spend some weeks abroad like I did the last two years.
Actually I am planning to go to Jerusalem Botanical Garden but there is still some trouble because they have not found a flat so far.
Although that is my preferred option I do not want to end up in Germany during this time.
That is the reason why I also consider working at a place in the UK which should not be too far away from bigger cities. My experience in 2010 was fairly too bad to be repeated again - nothing going on at all...
Has anyone ever been to Ventnor Botanic Garden? It seems to be quite a nice place for a work placement. Moreover it is located on the Isle of Wight. So there should be some nightlife, right?
I would be pleased about any recommendations.

Nightlife? On the Isle of Wight? Really?? News to me... though it is MANY MANY years since I was last there!
