Could anyone tell me which species this is? It's a very showy non-native plant photographed in Tenerife...

Erythrostemon gilliesii (aka Caesalpinia).

Actually, it is native to hot dry parts of South America. Mostly a dwarf tree with months in flower if faded flowers are removed.
