Title: Membership error

Hi all, hoping some one can help me out. I just signed up for a membership to give to my father as a christmas present, however used the online form and didn't have the option of giving his details. Microsoft outlook not installed on my computer so can't use the contact us link. Hoping someone could post it so I can send an email and sort this out.

 Thanks, Nicole.... I've been in touch with Bobby and it's all sorted!  

Nice idea to give a gift of a membership ....... just drop an email to me if you want to do the same.....8)
