Title: Ian a great speaker

I've just returned from Vancouver where I listened to two talks
by Ian.  It was a great day!

One is never sure whether someone whose writing one enjoys will
be equally enjoyable as a speaker.  Well, in this case, the man in
person is way livelier than his writing.  What energy!

Likewise, in Cork. Enjoyed greatly by all who attended.

Yep he is a great speaker and aren't we so lucky to have him here in Aberdeen  ;D ;D ;D
