Title: Czech- German rockgarden- meeting at Feuchtwangen
Post by: ruweiss on October 25, 2010, 09:52:32 PM
Yesterday we had for the 17.th time our annual meeting at the medieval town of Feuchtwangen in Bavaria.
Nurseryman Hans-Martin Schmidt arranged it and could welcome more than 65 rockgardeners.
Vojtech Holubec and his wife Lenka, Josef Jurasek and ZZ came from Prague; the lectures were about
the golden west of the USA by ZZ, Travelling in Tibet by Vojtech Holubec, Components for mixing composts
by Hans-Martin Schmidt and Botanizing in Makedonia and Albania by the wellknown nurseryman Fritz Kummert
from Austria.
There was also a good offer of alpine plants for sale and all the friends enjoyed the day and these outstanding
lectures .

Sorry, no photos; was busy with translating Vojtech's and Zdenek's lectures from English to German,
maybe next year.
Thank you all for the friendly comments.
