Post by: mark smyth on October 21, 2010, 04:30:36 PM
I cant find where I first queried this on the forum but I think Lesley said do it in October. Have I left it too late?

It's not too late. I'm only partway through doing mine.
I break up clumps for potting in October and November.
December is OK for the iris too but it is often colder than I prefer to be,
though I guess waterproof gloves would help.
