A good display of the Northern Lights was seen as far south as Oslo this week. Worth keeping a lookout in Scotland too: http://www.yr.no/nyheter/1.7331927 (http://www.yr.no/nyheter/1.7331927) (use Google translate)

I saw the Aurora Australis (the Southern Lights) near here about 20 years ago on one of the rare occasions that it reached this far north. Amazing! Given how much stronger the northern lights apparently are, they must be breathtaking. :o

Can you see this video outside of Norway? It's an amazing video of time-lapse photography of the Aurora in Tromsų as you might have seen it if you'd visited the Arctic-Alpine Botanical Garden in winter...

Yes Stephen, great video, nice to see the Aurora from the warmth of my living room!

Unfortunately the 'music' was time lapsed too. Must be my connection? :(

Thank you Stephen.
