That's one of the few Chinese pinyon words that sticks in my memory; wo he pijiu!  Sorry, but I won't be anywhere close to Sichuan or Yunnan.

I haven't been lucky with the weather unfortunately, so there aren't many pictures worth posting... Fingers crossed it'll clear up once I reach Yunnan!

One for McMark, from Zhedou Shan, 4300m or so.

Nice one Arisaema!  Based on flower size, do you think it is beesianum or sikkimense? Thanks for thinking of me :D

Had any good pijiu?  Hankering for a Tsingtao myself. ;D

Must be a form of A. sikkimense, I'm still too far north for A. beesianum. It basically looks like a blue-flowered A. forrestii, it's tiny.

...and yes, probably one to many on several occations ;)
