Title: Super seed list now
Post by: Lesley Cox on August 10, 2010, 09:52:28 PM: I have received (and ordered from) a super new seedlist from Marcus Harvey in Tasmania. There are many bulbs in particular which will interest Forumists, especially those interested in Colchicum and Crocus. Here is an email link to the list, Marcus sends seeds overseas and will send you a copy on the list if asked.

Some things on there I've rarely seen offered here. Crocus biflorus alexandri seems to almost never be available here. And Gladiolus aureus.

Gladiolus aureus is practically extinct in the wild, reduced to a very small population. It was previously in the genus Homoglossum. It is an easy plant under Cape bulb conditions. How very important to see material of this rare species available.

This year I have 0€ for seeds and I am loosing many new jewells from Saunders, Summerfield...
