By a visit last week in a Arboretum I saw this shrub without a label ...knows maybe anybody what this is ?

looks like Colutea arborescens (Gelber Blasenstrauch)

That plant also grows in the botanic gardens in Dublin. I'm sure someone will answer but if no-one does I'll email your photo to my contacts in the garden

Nice shrub.
I agree with Armin. It's common name is "Bladder Senna". "Bladder" because of the inflated seedpods, I suppose.
