Title: Chinese Corydalis
Post by: Pauli on April 30, 2010, 05:33:37 PM
Hello,

this plant is originally from Chen Yi nursery. It is fully hardy here in Austria. It overwinters as "bulb" above ground. In my garden it modestly seeds around.

At first I thought, that it might be C. hammata. But after seeing that plant in the International Rock Gardener I suspect, that ist must be something else.

It also makes hybrids here, I suppose with elata!

Has anybody an idea about its name?

Probably C. ellipticarpa, I'll get it confirmed as soon as my own plant flowers.
