Whoopee!  Love the view from the mountain top and the old Roman road....the early flowerings look wonderful against the old dry landscape - looking forward to more  :D

I didn't have enough time to make images so you can see here only typical colour. But when you go through the crocus meadow you could see all kinds - white, very dark, reticular, etc..

Thank you for posting atmospheric photos from the Crimea.

The Crocus tauricus are very interesting, especially if you have only captured some of the variability.

such a beautiful area--i love those cliffs! the crocuses are lovely, and wonderful images of course..interesting to see the euphorbia which is grown in gardens here even, i think..

volatile climate--its like spring here, but we are not nearly that far yet---there will be no flowers for a while yet!
