Thanks to mention Maggi! ,must have missed this message....
At the moment we have of course a smaller public,it is a start ... and we have no such long tradition.
Another problem : not anybody speaks Dutch,Flemish .
But it goes better every day . I suppose that the structure of our new forum  looks familiar to you. (see this link)

Hi, Kris..... yes, it will take time for you to build up your  Forum but it will happen!
It is great for the VRV to have this facility.... I see wonderful photos there, for sure and I can even understand some things with a translator page!

Unfortunately Google translate does not include Flemish amongst the languages to translate.

This  phrase is taken from the VRV Forum:
Hij is wel biezonder aantrekkelijk  - alleen een beetje uitgerokken dan normaal - wellicht door het vele donkere weer van de afgelopen weken !

Run it through Google translate, here : http://translate.google.com/?hl=en#

 and it gives you this:

He is appealing especially  - just a little stretched than usual - perhaps by the many dark weather of recent weeks!

Not the best translation, but pretty close.... bearing in mind that this is in the context of a Crocus photo... and we  can get to .... "it's a very attractive form, perhaps a little etiolated because of the recnt dark weather...."

If one takes into consideration the context, and start to look for words which are similar to our words ( this may, admittedly, be easier for a Scot!) these online tools are very handy indeed!

That could have been fun Maggi, but after she has seen your new avatar that would be out of the question I'm afraid...  :o  :o  :-\ :-[ ;)

As to the flemish forum, I see we'll have to be careful with what we say.... big brother and/or sister seem to be watching...  ;D ;D

Maggi, perhaps you should study a bit of german - thought I would not understand nothing in this very interesting new forum, but now I see it is easier to read and understand the comments on this forum than an flemish menu card. ;)

I enjoy lurking on some German forum already, Hans  ;)

Why would there be any difficulty with a Flemish menu card... is it not just like a Belgian menu card..... beer, chips , mayonnaise  and chocolate? ;D ::) ;) ;)

I know why Hans .
Most of our menu cards are in French ,Italian ,Turkisch,Chinese and so on .
But thanks for your nice comments anyway.

Not so bad Maggi ,this kind of English is maybe what we use sometimes ??? ::)
But you improve that it is possible to read our forum.
Surprised by the amount of teachers we have suddenly .....
