Title: Peru
Post by: Luc Gilgemyn on October 24, 2009, 05:02:04 PM
My daughter travelled to Peru a month ago and saw these plants at an altitude of over 4000 m not far from Colca canyon in the Arequipa area in the South of the country.

Can anybody help with an ID ??

I was going to suggest some sort of Bolax so I guess that wasn't too far out. :)
Co-incidentally Roger has a disc playing of music from Peru and Ecuador, mostly pipes, flutes and similar things. The group performing, was playing at my Market yesterday. They're very good.
