You might remember at the start of this year I was looking for a name for the Colchicum below. It popped in to my head today, the bulb not the name, so I've been out with a small fork, the eating with type, and had a small dig where they grow in a trough. I found the bulbs at finger depth down and I aslo found their label. I dont know how the label ended up so deep. As you can see from the subject title they are Colchicum minutum JKP431. I have some to swap if you have an unusual Colchicum to swap with

Where do you grow it Mark? (sorry Paul ::)) I had it in a pot in the greenhouse, but it died. :'(

You call me Paul one more time ... ;D
They are neglected most of the year, facing south in a brick trough and in a rain shadow. The trough will get a good water any day now

Sorry, wrong saint. :-[ I blame my mum. She gets my name right every third attempt. ::)

Sounds like my kind of gardening. Now where are my special colchicums that Paul, I mean Mark, can't live without? :-\
