Any suggestions to what type of Trillium this might be?

Perhaps an erectum/flexipes hybrid?

I would call it T. erectum. About an hours drive from me into North Carolina there is an area where these pink forms show up with some frequency, and are mixed with yellowish, greenish and white forms also. The typical reddish form is rare in some populations.
Magnar, are you still looking for Allium perdulce seed? Just harvest from my plants if you want some.
