It's under this name I bought from trade this bulb some years ago, but I don't recognise a N. poeticus, and moreover it is now flowering, although this plant normally flowers in may...

Your pretty flower is a form of N. moschatus, and, since it is from the trade, perhaps the variety 'W.P. Milner' ... that would be around 20 + cms in height.... does that fit yours?

thank you Maggy ; I think it is a little higher than 20 cm but the most important for me is a good species identification... and I know nothing about narcissi :-[

It's not a familiar one to me. I though it might be N. pallidiflorus, but it's the wrong shape.
