Title: Trillium in the wild
Post by: Maggi Young on December 27, 2008, 05:01:59 PM

In response to talk of woodlands filled with Trillium grandiflorum , and  areas with scattered Painted Trillium in mosquito ridden places, i made this post....

Even a  glimpse of few of the painted trillium in the wild, Trillium undulatum would be worth wrestling a few mozzies for !

Perhaps this will draw out a few more photos, such as John shows us, below.....

A treat for Maggi & Helen. From Philip MacDougall's North Carolina foray.
