I am new to this . When do you take the bulb offsets from the parent .
Some are already dropping off .      Thank you

My assumption is that you are talking about the tiny new bulbils that grow on the top of the original ‘bulb’. These can be stored as they fall off and planted next season. Do not let them dry out and wither. They are many growing seasons from flowering size.

On the Pleione 2024 Thread I planted 100 Ducat bulbils which originally weighed in at 9g!
Come harvest time, I'll put an update on the Pleione 2025 thread.
Meantime, as Graham says     'many growing seasons from flowering size' !!
