Title: Nomocharis
Post by: Slug Killer on May 23, 2008, 11:38:02 AM
Hi all, can someone confirm this is Nomocharis aperta. The other pictures I've seen on the net are a deeper pink with more spotted markings.

Dave  - Wow! Looks like aperta to me. And a very good one at that.

I often get hybrids from the seed exchanges. I never met a Nomocharis I didn't like.

Alf Evan's book The Peat Garden and Its Plants has a great section on Nomocharis.  I wish he had updated the book before he departed this world. One of the great books in my estimation.
