Hi all ,

today some pics from my Begonia

Begonia grandis ‘Nanjiang Silver’
Begonia grandis ssp. sinensis ‘Snow Pop’ 

This both plants flowering here since some month :)

Are these hardy for you? Or do you bring them in?

This plants on the pictures are in big pots ...but the rest of them grows well in my borders
I have now Begonia grandis and relatives since more than 2 years free in the garden - they like it
(but we have a mild climate )
I do nothing extra - no protection in winter ...no extra watering in summer
This year was very dry ...no rain since end of August !

Begonia grandis ´Alba´grows in my garden for about 20 years without protection- zone 7b - 8a.

Nice :) I knew there were a couple of Begonias that could take a little frost  :) Zone 7-8 plants are, of course, houseplants in my climate ;)
