Great pictures of wonderful plants, Krzysztof - thanks for sharing them.
-
My thanks too Krzysztof. Such beautiful orchids and such fine photographs of them all.

Krzysztof, these are most excellent photos! The last pic of the Orchis before the Mellitis, the shot looking down on the flower spike.... that has a most unusual colour and marking... so beautiful.
also the Anemone pix........fresh and lovely! Thank you!

Thank you all for kind words. Now wherever I go I make full photographic report. :) But I must admit that I forgot to show you flowering meadows in Tatra mountains full of Crocus scepusiensis. But I will repair that tiny oversight.
Maggi, you pointed on my best photo I took wile this trip. The sharpness of flowers is as sharp as razor... And it is funny, because the photo was taken from a hand and in forest. Other photos that were taken in open area are not so good. I also must add that I really do not understand yet my camera, even after over 7000 done photos. Usually shy are "burned", they are too bright. If The ground is good colours the shy are to bright, when the shy are good, the ground is too dark. I even bought a special filter and even that didn't help much. But this day the ground and sky are colourfully perfect. I was really happy of that. :)

What an amazing meadow. It must be a beautiful place to visit?

Adarby, it is an amazing place. It is kept in secret, because as you saw there are many precious and very rare species. Many "pseudo-growers" would like to have one in their garden. :-\ Wile my visit I found two square wholes after something being dug out. When my friend went there next day, he found three fresh wholes. I also have found a fresh fire place and orchids around it... My friend told me he dug out all the orchids near it and moved to other place.
I do not understand those people. It would be cheaper to buy these plants than digging out two and paying so much for fuel.

Well done Krzysztof 8) :o
We are happy to see such nice plants and good photos. You had a lot on the link that people here would have loved to see so I hope they have a look at the link.
Nice to see different orchids in their wild habitats from all over Europe. I hope we will see it from all over the world. (I think we have seen some from the souther hemisphere but I am always happy to see more.
Kind regards
Joakim

Joakim,
I wish that it was in my neighbourhood. That place was just full of rare species. It was like in a part of heaven. But to be sincere, in my area are also fantastic species. They are not so rare as these shown here, but they are the same rare in that par of Poland. There were I were almost all of these species are almost common and grow almost everywhere. So there it is not something so special. You know it depends to the place. In Norway Magnar have Cornus suecica all over the place. In my country it is an extinct species. But that is what I like the most. Almost every place is special somehow.

Krzysztof,
I've been trying to open this topic for days---but the download time was sooooo long (maybe because of size of pictures?) that I would usually give up.
Today I decided to open the link and go out into the garden for a few hours---and now I have finally been able to see your absolutely wonderful photos of absolutely wonderful plants. And what I love the most is knowing that you love your own flora the most---that shows in the pictures!!!!! If only everyone felt that way!!!!!!
Show us more...and more....
