A Russian friend  is  looking  for a  copy  of  this  book - does  anyone  have  one  available?

I think you might want to contact the author directly, as he was selling them himself. The print run was very limited (300 copies), but he may still have some left.

 That's  been tried, without  success - no reply  :-X
