A polygala ... possibly Polygala helenae  ?    or  even P. rausiana ??  Though it  may be  too blue  for that  one.

You having alerted me to Polygala it looks (from the whole plant shots) to P.myrtifolia.

Crikey!  How  big  is the  plant? I thought  P. myrtifolia was a  biggish South African shrub?
