A friend has found his presumed garden escape in a back street in Glasgow. It looks like a Sedum to me, but given it is October there are no flowers or even old dead flowers available. I am posting a general shot and a detailed closeup of the leaves and stem in font of a millimeter grid. Does anyone recognise the species?

It might be Sedum sarmentosum?

Many thanks, that looks very likely, unless anyone has better ideas.
