Title: Euphorbia that popped up in the garden

Could anyone identify this species? It flowered end of may and now I have some seeds for the exchange. It is nearly one meter tall.

Perhaps Euphorbia lathyris, caper spurge, although hard to be sure from these photos.

Thanks Ashley, that is it. I have looked in the net and leaves and fruits fit very well.

definitely Euphorbia Lathyris :-)

I have a forest of these at home.

they are said to keep voles & moles away
