Not totally sure Frans, but wondering about a narrow-leaved form of Phedimus aizoon? (used to be Sedum).
-
Or P. middendorffianus

A new picture from the plant.
Height of the plant 12 cm

Frans - just took a look in the Flora of China - apparently the way you can tell for sure is that P. aizoon has a tuberous carrot-like root, whereas P. middendorffiana does not. You will be able to tell for sure when you pot it on or plant it in the garden. I think John might well be right though.

I have it on good authority (Ray Stephenson, holder of a National Collection of sedums and allied species) that the plant is Phedimus middendorfianus.
