Entries are encouraged from all - no matter how few or many, large or small - every entry contributes to the success of the show. We also have two photographic competitions - the Holiday Photographic Competition and the Reivers Trophy - so there is something for everyone.

Still time for late entries, if you have some last-minute plants that have suddenly come into their own. Any exhibit is worth staging. Thank you all!
-
Trying to fight off the bees that keep pollinating my cyclamen! It makes the flowers drop off >:( >:(
-
And if that doesn't do it, being jiggled about on the journey from York to Grantown probably will! But at least some have nice leaves.. ::) :-\
-
First of our speakers for the SRGC Discussion Weekend has arrived and been collected ...... Welcome Jandals!!
(Steve Newall from New Zealand!! :D )

What a super weekend! I was SO PLEASED to be able to attend again! This photo is from Colin Crosbie (formerly Curator at Wisley, now back in Scotland)and shows the Mrs Crosbie, President of the Alpine Garden Society Christopher Bailes, Kevin Hughes from Cally Gardens and Peter Korn enjoying themselves at the first night of the Scottish Rock Garden Club discussion weekend -the back of the head belongs to young Alex S. I think!

Many thanks to ALL involved in making this such a fantastic weekend. It was hard to leave this morning with the early sun on the golden birches and the mist in the valley.

I will now address the Haggis (that hotel manager is wasted - he should be on the stage).
Maggi, if you would accompany me on the pipes:
