Can anyone identify this shrub? it’s very much a big privet bush over 1.7m tall and a meter wide - tiny delicate fragrant flowers and the leaves are mid-green smooth regular shape. 1” long and 1/2” wide. I am asking this on behalf of someone. No other details available
Buddleia colvilei Kewensis was also thought possible.

Pittosporum, probably tenuifolium.

I have passed this on and suggested he look up all the pictures available and compare it with the plant. Thanks.
