This is an Allium I got seeds 5 years ago from a friend as Allium thunbergii. The friend got it from South Korean botanical garden. It usually flowers in October but this year since the weather was hot in summer the flowering is way earlier. I googled it and thought it resembles more like Allium pseudojaponicum.
