I got this geranium from a friends garden. I think it may be a S African sp but not sure. Can anyone help please? First pic shows flower, second the foliage and habitat.

Chris,
It looks very like Geranium robustum 'Silver Cloak', which is a cross of incanum x robustum. I have it in the garden - it seeds around, but not aggressively. The flower colour varies slightly and the plant sprawls around and grows through other plants in a pleasing way (I like it anyway).

Thank you Carolyn, I think you are right! And of course, informs where I Plant it! I had G. incanum a couple of times but they fizzled out. Will have to try a new location this time!

Chris,
If you choose the wrong spot and lose it, I can dig up some seedlings for you!

Many thanks Carolyn

This is Geranium robustum - seeds and sprawls everywhere but I really don't mind.
