Hi
does anyone ordered from Jan this year.
I sent my list and asked for confirmation but no reply even after repeated emails.
Last year after I ordered the bulbs he confirmed and I got very nice bulbs.
This year no confirmation.
I do not know whether he got my order or not.
Someone who usually buy from him please respond.
I do not want to miss the beautiful bulbs but at the same time I am reluctant to send money without confirmation.

Hi Kris, I received an email from Jan telling me his new seed list would be ready on the first of June and I replied thanking him for letting me know and said that I was looking foreword to receiving his list. So far I still have't received his list and I have since sent him another email and as yet no reply. He always has been a very hard man to contact (get hold of), as I know that he travels away regularly. Regards, John.

I have already ordered in winter and he confirmed my order. In June he told me that has some additions in his lists I ordered some more and he confirmed that again. Since then I am waiting to get a bill or a parcel.

Hi Kris, I haven't sent it and wouldn't do that before getting a bill. I use normal bank transfer, that's easy within the EU.

He is definitely around at the moment - I've corresponded with him regularly over the last few weeks about an order and he's always got back to me quickly.

Hi all, I received a reply from Jan last Friday regarding my seed order and he told me my seeds would be posted this week.
Now the long wait begins lol.

My bulb order arrived yesterday and I was very pleased with it.

I still did not get any reply from him.

I ordered seeds after seeing the original post, received them on 23 August, and I even have some Eremerus that have germinated‽

That is the same address I tried.
Last year I got the permit and ordered the bulbs and sent the money.I got the bulbs in August.
Then I ordered some seeds ,got the confirmation and sent the money but the seeds never arrived. I wanted to know whether the problem is on my end since I missed another order from a different source. Sometimes the postal service is erratic
I was asking whether he sent the seeds.
No replies even after repeated emails..
This year I was cautious. I ordered but I did not send money before any confirmation.

Hi Kris,
I have been buying seeds from Jan for quite a few years now and have never had a problem with the seeds being delivered, apart from our quarantine dept holding them up sometimes with inspections. Jan always asks that you send no payment until the seeds are delivered to you. As I said previously he is sometimes (almost) always very hard to contact and I know that he is constantly travelling somewhere or other. Maybe you should check with either your postal service or your quarantine service and see if there is a problem.
