Title: plant identification

Hi - this spring at an alpine plants market  I bought this plant, unfortunately without a label, and its "creator" was unable to come up with a name off hand. I imagined that identifying it using the internet would be easy; however I was proved wrong, which is why I am posting the Picture in this forum. The plant was not expensive so is probably not very rare either.

One of my favourite plants in the Heath family, Ericaceae, Marie!  Vaccinium oxycoccos - we call it the cranberry in the UK.  Quite widespread little plant, full of charm. The shape of the flowers is so appealing - like a little  dodecatheon or even a cyclamen !

Thank you so much, Maggi. It is indeed very charming in a dodecatheon sort of way - that was why I wanted so badly to have it identified.
