Can anyone please remind me which Erysimum has spherical seed heads going up the stalk on opposite sides alternately? Including seedheads its about 8-12 inches. The rosette is only about 2 inches high.

Now come on folks you are letting me down here. Ihave had to dredge through countless pics to find the plant in flower and seed so come on and come up with an answer, your reputation is on the line >:(

Erysimum capitatum? E. asperum?

But erysimum seed heads aren't fat and round are they? :-\

Allysoides. A common imposter of Erysium capitatum in the seed exes. Many years ago, I had the same problem that vexed me for many months. A nice plant, though. :)
