Title: Primula recovery
Post by: Elisabeth Z on May 19, 2017, 08:34:20 PM
To comply with all the current regulations I sent my plants from the Czech Rock Garden Conference via express DHL. This supposedly overnight trip turned into a 4 day event during the record breaking heat. Needless to say I was thankful anything survived. The daphnes and saxifraga all look good. However, the dionysia and primula allionii are pretty mushy. I am wondering if it would be wise to cut off all the top mush and pot them in pumice? The P allionii roots look good. I was thinking maybe even just root cuttings. I just don't know about dionysia. Ideas?
