When I see the beautiful pictures of Ali and Sarah, I am even more on my order. Hopefully they deliver soon ... but with you in GB is every weekend a plant show ... madness ... I envy you really very much. :)
Thanks for the great photos, Maggi.
On this way also best regards to Ali & Sarah

Cyril's Forrest medal number 56 with Jeffersonia dubia alba. This plant was one of the trio that won him the Dundas Quaich for class 2. He then took the Joyce Halley award for best plant from seed with Saxifraga aretioides as well as the bulb trophy with Fritillaria glauca. Finally info on Sax. aretioides

Oh my, much more of this we'll all need a calculator to keep count! Well done Cyril!!
-
What was the plant please, I can't make out the label?

Cathy & Barry Caudwell took the Perth trophy for most points by a Perthshire group member/s. Alan & Jane Thomson took the Bobby Masterton trophy for best Asiatic primula. As the only entrant I won the Alexander Caird trophy for class 2 six large pots. I was somewhat surprised to also get the Cox rhododendron trophy (with a Cox bird series plant Swift ) and the Middleton challenge trophy for most open points this last very narrowly from Sue Simpson and Cyril.

Here's one you missed, Stan. Some folk just cannot keep away from the cakes. Afternoon tea and home baking in the Summer House at Branklyn after the Show.
