Title: Pulsatilla seed

Hi all
i have just acquired some fresh pulsatilla vernalis seed, can anyone tell me the best sowing compost mix and methods to use with this seed please. i wasnt sure which subgroup to put this in so opted for general. Sorry if this is wrong.

Hello Alan -  if you use the "search " function, fourth from the left in the line of options at the top of each page, you will find that there are quite a lot of threads with advice .....

Most of us are using a 50/50 soil/sand mix for seed sowing I think.....

i went with 50/50 seed compost and sharp sand, gravel topping. i did 4 pots full i await results. They were gifted to me from Norway.
