Title: Unknown collection no.

I raised this pale yellow to ivory coloured Anemone from AGS seed in 2014 with the collection number CC 5991.

I would be glad if there will be anyone who can help me with identification and explanation of the number?

A CC number indicates collection by Chris Chadwell.  I've emailed him to ask for  details.
