Hi all ,
today I have collect seeds from a interesting plant :)
The fruit need more than one year for ripening ( from 18.Jan.2015 - 26.Feb.2016 )
Who knows the name of this plant ?

Hippeastrum. I harvested some Christmas before last and am growing them quite successfully.

you're right Fred... hmmm. we are close. Amaryllidaceae.

Using the clues - epiphytic (in a orchid pot), amaryllidaceae and Peruvian - Google tells me it is Pamianthe peruviana

one of the rarest Amaryllidaceae

Wow, many thanks, Hans :o :-[ :D
(It's ok for the weather. In fact, it has been ok for the weather during the whole winter, only 2 inches of snow and not more than 5 days freezing. )

Not to worry. I only saw this thread today.

3 of the five seeds germinated (the other 2 were empty) and here is their first leave (from 2 cm to 5 cm). They grow well and I hope that they will be big enough to overwinter at the end of the year.
